All visual artists are invited by BAREBRUSH founder and CEO, Ilene Skeen to submit art of the nude for the September 2010 N*des-of-the-Month calendar contests.

Please note this change. Our guest curator for September 2010 is Ann Aptaker, an Independent Curator in New York City. Ms. Aptaker was guest curator for Barebrush in August 2008 and most recently co-curated ENCOUNTERS exhibition of sculpture currently on view on Governors Island. She has had an extensive curatorial career at museums and galleries in New York, Florida and San Francisco.

Due to a logistical problem, Brigitte St. Ouen is unavailable. Ms. St. Ouen has expressed regrets and is eager to be a guest curator for a Barebrush future calendar. We apologize for this last minute notice and are profoundly grateful that Ms. Aptaker is enthusiastic about curating the Barebrush N*des-of-the-Month for the launch of the 2010-2011 art season.
